Raymond Joseph Starzynski, 73, of Sun City, Huntley, beloved husband of Joan, nee Wachowski; loving father of Deborah (Dearrell) Moon and Laura (Jim) Gagalski; cherished grandfather of Chris, Amanda and Ashley Moon and Cassidy Gagalski; dear brother of Robert (Louise), Paul (Phyllis) Starzynski, Dorothy Baker and the late Edward. Retired Chicago Policeman of 36 years of duty. Funeral Mass Friday 11 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Huntley. Visitation Thursday 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Laird Funeral Home, 120 S. Third St. (corner of S. Third and Oregon), West Dundee. Interment at St. Adalbert Cemetery, Niles. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the family. 847-836-8770.
