Ret. Lt. Commander Frank Formeller passed away on January 19, 2004 at Casey House, Rockville MD following a brave battle with cancer. Frank served with the U.S. Navy for 28 years. He was born and raised in Chicago. He is survived by his children John Formeller, Jim Formeller, Mary Schwab and Ann Formeller Redroban. Frank leaves eight grandchildren. Services will be held on Tuesday, February 3 at 12:30 p.m. at St. Patrick’s Cathedral in Rockville followed by burial at Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, VA.
