Thomas L. Jacobs, of Des Plaines, formerly of Park Ridge. Passed away on January 19. Beloved husband of Suzanne, nee Turner, and the late Holly; loving father of Judy (Don) Crampton, Susan (Jim) McAninch, Peggy (Mike) Thomas, Jenny (Toby) Potter, Ted (Amy), Rob and the late Mary Jo Jacobs; dear grandfather of Jake, Ross, Meade and Wesley Crampton, David, Jana, Lauren and Andrew McAninch, Zachary and Meryl Thomas and Stuart Potter; great grandfather of Adam and Naomi Wernham and Donald Costello Crampton; fond brother of Martin Miller, Dorothy Carpenter, Ed and Rhoda Jacobs and the late Esther and Bill Carpenter; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Memorial service Saturday, February 14, 11 a.m. at the Park Ridge Community Church, 100 S Courtland Ave, Park Ridge.
