Frances M. Kupczyk, age 76, of Ohio, IL, died Jan. 28, 2004 at Loyola Hospital in Maywood, IL. Mrs. Kupczyk was born April 2, 1927 in Chicago, the daughter of John and Stella Skosz Rymut. She was united in marriage to Edward Kupczyk on April 24, 1949 in Chicago. She was a homemaker, a member of the Immaculate Conception Church of Ohio, and the OCCW at the church. She was also a member of the Polish National Alliance, past vice president of her lodge of the Polish National Alliance and a member of the Ohio Senior Citizens, where she had served as past president. She is survived by her husband, Edward Kupczyk of Ohio, IL; daughter, Nancy McCue of Sugar Grove, IL; sons, David (Sally) Kupczyk of Chicago and John (Elizabeth) Kupczyk of Chicago; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sister, Helen Galarowicz of McFarland, WI; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and two sisters. Funeral prayer services Saturday at 9:30 a.m. at Garland Funeral Home in Walnut, IL, followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church in Ohio, IL, with the Rev. Ed Bawiec officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery in Ohio, IL. Visitation Friday from 3 to 9 p.m., with Rosary recited at 8 p.m., and Saturday 9 to 9:30 a.m. at the funeral home.
