Professor David A. Page, 78, Dept. of Mathematics and Education at University of Illinois at Chicago, passed away Jan. 29, 2004 after a period of declining health at his home in Oak Park, cherished father of Dr. Coin (Carolyn McAllaster) Page of Durham, NC, Emmons (Sherry) Page of Chicago and Prof. Andrea (Patrick) Page-McCaw of San Francisco; proud grandfather of Casey, Joseph and Rebecca; dear brother of Thomas (Kathleen) Page of Wanamaker, IN. He is especially remembered by his dear colleagues, Mary Jo Porn, Kathryn Chval and others. Memorial Service pending.
