Beloved husband of Theodora, nee Berios; loving father of Peter and Eva Kardaras; devoted son of Panagiota and the late Panagiotis Kardaras; dear brother of Penelope (Gregory) Ionas and John Kardaras; son-in-law of John (the late Evanthea) Berios; brother-in-law of Elpida (Paraskevas) Evangelinos, Voula (George) Papagiannis, Angelis (Patty) Berios and Constantina Gonis; fond uncle of John (Katerina) Evangelinos, Evangelia (Keith) Buenzow, James Papagiannis, John Berios, Margarita Berios, Spiros (Elaine) Ionas and Erifli Ionas. Visitation Friday from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 6150 N. Cicero Ave. Family and friends will meet Saturday morning at St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church, 2350 W.
