“Remembering Reagan’s humor” was a lot of fun to read.
I believe that it’s now time to update some of his wit and aphorisms so that they will seem less dated and more apropos.
Here’s one of his amusing statements, paraphrased to present circumstances:
“Recession is when your neighbor loses his job. Depression is when you lose yours. And recovery is when President George Bush loses his.”
