I am tired of hearing people screeching over David Kay’s comments about weapons of mass destruction in Iraq.
A careful listen to the entirety of his comments would reveal that Kay discovered that Saddam Hussein had in fact violated United Nations mandates in several ways.
In addition the search is not over yet.
But, frankly, I don’t care if WMDs are ever found. The president made the right moral choice to invade Iraq and take out Hussein regardless of any other justification, including weapons of mass destruction.
I am confident that history will laud President Bush for eliminating one of the most brutal tyrants in history.
