Want to be a wealthy heiress like Paris Hilton? It’s easy: Throw great parties, pack too much clothing for your trips and, oh yes, be born into the right family.

That, The Smoking Gun reports, is just some of the wisdom that will be found in Paris’ upcoming autobiography, “Tongue-in-Chic: Paris Hilton’s Confessions of an Heiress.”

The Web site posts a copy of Paris’ book proposal, which gives the groundbreaking advice mentioned above and warns against Diet Coke, declaring that it is “for fat people.”

Is book-burning illegal?

Anyway, Hilton could increase her fortune with a lawsuit she filed last week. The celebrat has sued a Panama-based Internet company for $30 million, claiming it illegally distributed the now-infamous tape of her having sex with ex Rick Salomon. Hilton sued Kahatani Ltd. for violation of privacy, illegal business practices and infliction of emotional distress.
