Douglas B. Beath, 79, WWII Veteran, US Air Force, of Jupiter, FL, formerly of Deerfield, died February 7, 2004 after a lengthy battle with cancer. He graduated from Lyons Township High School and The University of Michigan. He was predeceased in 1994 by wife Patricia; loving father of Thomas (Marie) of Barrington, IL, Barbara Beath of Dallas, TX; cherished grandfather of Douglas; fond brother of Hugh (Nancy) of Vero Beach, FL and Chuck of Scottsdale, AZ; also his beloved companion Doris Kaiser of Jupiter, FL. Doug was an avid golfer and a longtime member of Exmoor Country Club in Highland Park and he will miss all of his golfing buddies of 70 years. A memorial will be held Saturday, February 14th at 10 a.m. at Jupiter First Church, 1475 Indian Creek Parkway, Jupiter, FL. In lieu of flowers donations to The American Cancer Society appreciated.
