Robert James Fowler, age 92, of Dora, AL, died Thursday, Feb. 12, 2004 at his residence. Mr. Fowler was a self-employed salesman in the men’s furnishing and tailoring business and was a member of the Elks Club. Visitation for family and friends will be Sunday, Feb. 15, 2004 from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Vera Lillian Castleberry Fowler; three sisters-in-law, Mary Lou Castleberry Trulik (Larry) of West Hills, CA, Beverly Ann Castleberry of Marietta, GA and Sandra Irene Castleberry of California; three brothers-in-law, David Castleberry (Ellowse) of Quinton, AL, Robert Castleberry (Linda) of Sumiton, AL and Thomas Hogeland of Dora, AL. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Kidney Foundation, 6110 Executive Blvd., Suite 1010, Rockville, MD 20852-9813.
