Two outbound lanes of the Kennedy Expressway that were closed for repair of a broken water main are expected to open for the Friday morning rush hour.
The lanes were closed after a 12-inch water main broke Wednesday night. Crews worked through the night, and by 8 a.m. Thursday, they had replaced a 4-foot section, said Tom LaPorte, Department of Water spokesman.
