– Volvo is offering an assistance program for mobility challenged customers who buy a 2004 S40, V40, S60, S80, V70, XC70, C70 or XC90 through July 31. The program provides up to $1,000 toward the purchase and installation of adaptive equipment and up to $200 for alert hearing devices.
– Kia has priced its redesigned 2004 1/2 Spectra sedan that goes on sale in March at $12,620 for the LX, $13,750 for the uplevel EX. Kia says the prices on both models were raised about 2 percent, but new standard equipment valued at about $1,000 was added. The LX adds side curtain air bags and AM/FM stereo radio with CD player, and the EX adds air conditioning, power windows, locks and mirrors. The latter also are heated.
