At last, a serious attempt to bridge the gender gap. Women like mocha cappuccino; men like suds. The Sam Adams beer folks apparently decided to split the difference by bringing out a Chocolate Bock. Don’t gag. It tastes like Guinness meets Godiva–in a good way. It’s pricey at $15 a bottle, but then it’s a really big bottle–a little over 25 oz. The idea was a beer for Valentine’s Day, but it’s the perfect thing to share anytime when brandied pears just won’t do. Wherever fine malt beverages are sold.
