I enjoyed reading “Best wishes to a subscriber” (Editorial, Feb. 12). Having been born 64 years ago on Abraham Lincoln’s birthday, I have been a lifetime fan of his heroic life. At the end of the editorial, you expressed your appreciation of not only that famous subscriber but all of us as well. As you said, you can’t notice all subscribers’ birthdays, but since it happened to be mine, I somehow felt you had. It’s always nice to be appreciated.
