Bob Lutz adds another title, president of General Motors of Europe, in addition to his duties as vice chairman of product development and chairman of GM of North America. But it’s only until June 1 to allow Fritz Henderson, who assumes the job on that date, to move to Europe. He is president of GM Asia Pacific. Henderson was promoted when Mike Burns, who had been president of GM of Europe, resigned last week to become CEO, president and a director of Dana Corp., effective March 1.
