First it was cows on Michigan Avenue. Now Washington, D.C., is about to be overrun with PandaMania, a display of 150 life-size panda sculptures on the streets of the capital starting in May.
It is a follow-up to the Party Animals display from 2002, when 200 plastic statues of donkeys and elephants were displayed in the city.
