Many people in our area are fortunate enough to have the companionship of a dog or cat. But as responsible animal guardians, we must take action to end the tragic overpopulation of dogs and cats by having our own animals spayed and neutered.

Millions of cats and dogs are destroyed in animal shelters every year, and countless more suffer on city streets because there are simply not enough loving homes for them all. Spaying and neutering prevents homeless kittens and puppies from being born only to die in city shelters or on the streets. Spaying and neutering can also prevent certain types of cancer, allowing cats and dogs to live longer and happier lives.

With all the love and happiness our animal companions give to us, we owe it to them to make sure they are spayed or neutered.
