Kay Rasco, Phd, of Evanston, died February 26. She taught at New Trier High School and DePaul University, then was manager of Merrill Lynch Realty and finally owned and operated Sarah Bustle Antiques in Evanston. Member and past President of Evanston Lighthouse Rotary; loving wife of Lavon Rasco; beloved mother of Manfred Ray, Francine Rasco (Chip Elliott) and Karen Rasco (David Wilhelm); grandmother of Manfred Ray, Jr. (Marcella Bicoff) and Jennifer Ray; great grandmother of Isabela Ray; sister of Marie Dicus; also survived by nieces and nephews.
