Daniel G. Carr, Lincolnshire, IL, born and raised in Rochester, NY, passed away after a long illness on February 26, 2004. Survived by his wife, Christine; daughter, Nicole, sons, Michael and Adam; father, Tom Carr of Rochester, NY; mother-in-law, Betty-Jane Keenan of Myrtle Beach, SC; brothers and sisters-in-law, Jerry and Sally Carr of Ridgewood, NJ, Tom and Marcia Carr of Rochester, NY, Bob and Judy Carr of Seattle, WA; and many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephew. Dan was Vice President of Strategic Development at Pactiv Corporation in Lake Forest, IL. Services will be held at St. John of Rochester Church, 8 Wickford Way, Fairport, NY, 14450 at 11 a.m. on March 5, 2005. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to Kellogg Cancer Care Center at Evanston Hospital.
