Rosalind Kane, nee Helfenbein, 90. Passed away Saturday, February 28, 2004, at her home in Villa Del Rey, Roswell, NM. Rosalind was born February 2, 1914, to David and Rosa in Kansas City, MO. They preceded her in death as did her husband, David; daughter, Donna and a son-in-law, Frank Doerhoefer. She is survived by her daughter, Rita Kane-Doerhoefer; grandchildren, Randy and Lori Doerhoefer, Melissa and Charles Scott, and her beloved cat, Homey. Rosalind was a housewife, homemaker and a member of the B’nai Brith Congregation in Roswell. She was a life member of Hadassah. She believed in the community of Roswell; donated to CASA, Salvation Army, Literacy, Red Cross, The American Cancer Society, Valley Christian Academy and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. She sponsored the Youth Bowling League/Rosalind’s All Stars. She was a devout Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bear fan. Graveside services Monday 2 p.m. B’nai Brith Cemetery, 6758 W.
