Michael M. Ravitch, Ph.D., 61, of Evanston, died unexpectedly but peacefully at home on February 27. He will be greatly missed by his wife, Myrnice, nee McCormick; his daughters, Lara and Katie; sisters, Nancy Schwentker and Binnie Ravitch, and countless friends and relatives. He served as Director of the Office of Medical Education at the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and as an Associate Professor. The family will receive visitors at home, 2749 Asbury Avenue, Evanston, Monday, March 1, from 2 to 5 p.m. and Tuesday, March 2 from 3 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. A memorial service will be held on May 15 at 2 p.m. at the Unitarian Church of Evanston.
