Mitchell P. Mazurek, age 86, beloved husband of Gloria, nee Kopozewski, of 50 years; Proud father of Dr. Mitchell and Dr. Robert (Amy); loving grandfather of Daniel and Benjamin; dear brother of Virginia (Stanley, deceased) Walczak; fond brother-in-law of Loraine Mazurek, Lorraine Marek and Ernest Marek; fond uncle of numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his loving parents Paul and Mary, nee Swiatek, Mazurek and his dear brother Casimir. Mitchell was a retired CPA with an undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. He served as a First Lieutenant in the United States Air Force during WWII. Funeral services for Mitchell P. Mazurek will be Thursday, March 4, 2004 at 9:45 a.m. from the funeral home to St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian burial at 10:30 a.m. Entombment at St. Joseph Cemetery, River Grove, IL.
