Jane Marshall Rosenthal, age 79, a longtime resident of Hyde Park and linguistics scholar, beloved wife of the late Robert; loving mother of Peter (Gracemary), Anne Rosenthal, Emily (John) Buckley and William (Roberta Lawson) Rosenthal; dear grandma of Alexander, Matthew and Eleanor Rosenthal and Eliza and Joe Buckley. Active member of U. of Chicago Library Society. Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 8 at 1 p.m. at Bond Chapel on the University of Chicago Campus, 1025 E. 58th St. Interment Oakwoods Cemetery.
