Kenneth William Buzzard, 57, of Collingswood, NJ, beloved son of the late Mr. Charles R. Buzzard, a U.S. Naval Veteran of WWII and the late Mrs. Gene S. Buzzard, passed away on Thursday, March 4, 2004. Ken was born on Feb. 1, 1947 in Evanston, IL. Growing up in the Chicago area, Ken lived in and around Glenview, IL, graduating from Northwestern University in 1970 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering. Ken is survived by his loving wife, Lori, nee Froelich, Buzzard of Collingswood, NJ; his twin brother, Carl Buzzard and his wife, Debbie Buzzard of Albuquerque, NM; his sister, Virginia Bodine and her husband, Robert Bodine of Garden Grove, CA; his three sons, Chad Buzzard of Charlotte, NC, Michael Buzzard of San Francisco, CA and Peter Buzzard and his fiancee, Rebecca Clarridge of New Bern, NC; his daughter, Mary Buzzard of Chicago; his niece, Shelby Peck and his nephew, Nicholas Peck, both of Loganville, GA; and countless friends, neighbors, relatives and co-workers. He is our family, our friend, and his passing is a profound loss to everyone. Memorial Services will be held at Blake-Doyle Funeral Home, 226 Collings Avenue, Collingswood, NJ on Saturday, March 13, 2004. The family will begin receiving visitors at 2 p.m., and the Memorial Service will begin at 4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to The American Heart Association or The Lupus Foundation of America, on behalf of his wife.
