Florence Mitchell O’Connor Wessling, born March 8, 1926 in Chicago to Peter and Julia Mitchell, passed away March 5, 2004, after a long illness. She was adopted and raised by Franklin and Gertrude O’Connor. A longtime resident of Deerfield, IL, Florence was an active member of Bethlehem Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Kenneth G. Wessling; and many dear siblings. Beloved mother of Keith (Sharon) of Salem, WI and Kevin Wessling of Deerfield. Special thanks to Nancy O’Connor for her patience and understanding. She is also survived by her niece, Vivian Rasmussen; and her nephews, William (Mickey) and Don (Beth) Rasmussen; and many great-nieces and nephews.
