Charles E. Zacek, age 66, of Gary, passed away Thursday, March 11, 2004. Survived by daughter Dr. Andrea S. (David) Carlson of Rensselaer and son Daniel W. Zacek of Gary; sister Elaine (Rudy) Casselli of Lombard, IL; several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents Carl and Rose, nee Pienta, Zacek. Mr. Zacek was the owner of Ace Bail Bonds and was a former Gary Police Officer. He was a member of St. Mary of The Lake Church, a 32nd Degree member of Triune Lodge #422 A.F. & A.M. and the Ancient & Accepted Scottish Rite Valley of South Bend. He was a member of the Ben Perry F.O.P. #61. Friends may call at Pruzin Brothers Funeral Service, 6360 Broadway, Merrillville on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Masonic service, 1 p.m. Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 13, 2004 at 2 p.m. at the Pruzin Brothers Chapel with Rev.
