I would like to make a toast to many healthy years ahead for James Coates of the “Ask Jim Why” column in the Business section.
His column is one of my “must reads” in the Tribune, even though I don’t always understand the more intricate “computer-speak.” (I am a 65-year-old woman with minimal computer knowledge.) Coates has the answers, or at least knows where to get them, and he does it all with a great sense of humor.
Give this man generous pay raises–you don’t want to lose him.
