I would like to say a big thank you to the Chicago Transit Authority workers who were stationed on elevated train platforms during the weeklong confusion following the Brown Line power station fire (“Brown Line back to normal,” Metro, March 1).
They were out in large numbers, wore very identifiable yellow stripes on their uniforms and did a bang-up job of getting commuters onto the correct trains.
