I commend Martin Geraghty and his wife for the effort and sacrifice involved in raising six productive citizens and agree that their children have benefited from their partnership.
This partnership happens to involve a man and woman as a perfectly balanced ideal.
We live in an imperfect world, however, where people just happen to be different, and not always by choice.
Should two committed individuals be denied the right to enjoy all the emotional satisfaction that the Geraghtys have enjoyed because of an orientation over which they have no control?
