It’s the best news since Omarosa rode off from “The Apprentice” set:
The signature “Apprentice” phrase that so many relish repeating–“You’re fired!”–is now T-shirt-borne. Designed by Bloomingdale’s, along with Donald Trump, the T’s are available exclusively at Bloomingdale’s stores on North Michigan Avenue and Old Orchard.
The men’s T’s are $36 and available in white and charcoal. Women’s tank tops are $24 in gray/white or white/red.
A sneak purchase
Here’s your first chance at what is sure to be a tough ticket to come by in the months ahead.
“Jacqueline Kennedy: The White House Years” opens at the Field Museum on Nov. 13 and runs through May 8, 2005–the final venue for an exhibit that has attracted long lines at museums in New York and Washington, D.C.
On Friday, Marshall Field’s State Street store will offer an opportunity for Chicagoans to buy the $25 tickets to the exhibit before they go on sale to the public March 20.
Bonus: At the on-sale ticket event will be enlarged images from the exhibition catalog and models dressed in Kennedyesque clothing for spring.
The event is from 8 to 10 a.m. Friday in the first-floor atrium at 111 N. State St. Call 312-781-5454 for more details.
