Ann Mastro, nee Coffey, age 98, at peace in Christ on March 13, 2004. Devoted wife of the late Frank; cherished mother of Patricia; a caring, loving aunt and generous friend to many; fond sister of the late Margaret Coffey, the late Mary (the late Francis) Lang, the late John (the late Mary) Coffey, the late Maurice, the late Helen Coffey and the late Catherine Shea. Ann’s giving spirit and positive outlook have been an inspiration to all who have been provileged to know her and love her. Visitation will be Monday from 3 to 9 p.m. at Hallowell and James Funeral Home, 1025 W. 55th St., Countryside. Funeral Mass Tuesday, 10 a.m. at St. Isaac Jogues Church, Hinsdale. Interment Mount Carmel Cemetery, Hillside. Ann was a retired employee of the Tribune working in the advertising division, while her husband, Frank, was a sports writer (39 years) for the paper.
