Thompson, age 64, for over 34 years, worked for Tubesales in Carol Stream, loving husband for 39 years to Georgie; beloved father of Mark (Susan), Michael (Lisa) and Marcie (Steve) Mefford; devoted son of Samuel and Linda Thompson; cherished brother of Paula (Joseph) Rossi and grandfather of seven. Funeral Service will be 11 a.m., Wednesday, at Yurs Funeral Home, 405 East Main Street (corner of Rt. 64 and Rt. 25), St. Charles. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
