Nike tells you to “Just do it,” and Wendy’s once asked, “Where’s the beef?” Now The Donald wants to trademark his catchphrase, “You’re fired!”

As if he needs another source of income.

The Donald has filed a trademark application for the phrase, according to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s Web site, hoping to use it on clothing, games and casino services.

Trump might have competition: A search of the PTO’s database reveals three other applications for “You’re fired.”

On the other hand, “You’re outsourced” appears to still be available.
