Ethel Vera Wright, nee Callo, age 67, passed away Wednesday, March 17, 2004 peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family. Loving wife of 47 years to Leo; loving mother of Michael (Karen) and Leo (Nanci); cherished grandma of James, Patrick, Mary and Samantha; loving daughter of the late James and Mary Callo; dearest sister of Anna Esposito, James (the late Marilyn) Callo and George (Arlene) Callo; loving aunt to many nieces and nephews; dedicated and dearest friend to many. For the past seven years, until her illness, Ethel worked at Salt Creek School in Elmhurst, IL as a teacher’s assistant for handicapped children. Ethel will always be remembered in our hearts as a kind woman who enjoyed helping others, and expected nothing in return. Her passion, love and dedication to her family and friends will remain in our hearts forever. Visitation at the Pedersen-Ryberg Mortuary, 435 N.
