The Neptunes–Pharrell Williams, Chad Hugo–are inking a three-year, $3 million deal to house their Star Trak label under Interscope. The Neptunes would produce artists signed to Star Trak (including Clipse and Kelis) and Interscope, which would handle sales and marketing.
