Mary B. Diehl, nee Bowes, 95, of Evanston, passed away March 24, 2004, beloved wife of the late Frederick E.; loving mother of Frederick E. Jr., W. Lawrence (Melody) and Stephen B. (Judy) Diehl; cherished grandmother of Matthew, Adam, Christian, Stephen B. Jr. and Dash (Julie) Diehl, Noel (Ken) Thelander, Melinda Fox (Douglas Blount) and John B. Fox (Alexandria Ollman); dearest great-grandmother of Cassidy Jeanne and Lauren Michelle Thelander, Jonathan Fox, Nora Fox Blount and Jack Diehl. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, April 3, 3 p.m. at St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church, 2120 Lincoln St., Evanston.
