Harold “Geno” Giannoni, age 65, of Hammond, passed away in St. Margaret’s Hospital, Hammond, on March 22, 2004. Geno served for two years in the United States Army. He was a retired supervisor of U.S. Steel-Gary Works. He was preceded in death by his parents, Livio Paul Giannoni and Maria Itala Giannoni. He is survived by two children, Paula J. (Joseph) Lullo of Crown Point and Joel J.P. (Louann) Giannoni of Tennessee; brother, Albert (Adeline) Giannoni of Mt. Greenwood, IL; six grandchildren, Victoria, Jacob and Madison, Alex, Trevor and Spencer; two nieces and one nephew.
