Elbert “Larry” Johnson, 72, of Windsor Park Manor, in Carol Stream, died Friday March 26, at home. Beloved husband for 50 years of Mary, nee Strickland; dear father of Nancy (Kurt) Simon; proud grandfather of Kelly and Erik; brother of Nan Resta. Memorial service Sunday April 4, at 3 p.m. at Gary Memorial United Methodist Church, 224 N. Main St., Wheaton. Interment will be in Baltimore, Maryland.
