“Sometime between 2 p.m. and 10 p.m., a cement female penguin wearing an orange vest was abducted from a porch in the 200 block of North Wilmette Avenue. The penguin is said to have a lot of wear and tear on it. The penguin is valued at $100. … There is no offender information.”
But we know it’s a female cement penguin?
