The Greater State Street Council will give away thousands of free tulip bulbs from noon to 3 p.m. May 28 at Pritzker Park, at State and Van Buren Streets. The bulbs–bagged by the dozen and packaged with planting instructions–will be removed from State Street planters earlier that week to make room for summer flowers.
