On Monday, legislators and the president celebrated the 50th anniversary of Brown vs. Board of Education with public comments denouncing discrimination. Hard to believe those same legislators want to write discrimination into the Constitution with the Federal Marriage Amendment. You can’t condemn “separate but equal” and promote it at the same time.
