“Catwoman” Halle Berry’s divorce from singer Eric Benet could get a little messy.
The Smoking Gun reports Benet is gearing up to challenge the couple’s prenuptial agreement, most likely to get a bigger cut of the assets the two shared. In a June 1 court filing posted on thesmokinggun.com, Benet requested that the court “determine the validity and/or enforceability of the parties’ prenuptial agreement and subsequent amendments thereto.”
