Michael J. Barich, 54, of Louisville, died Saturday. He was a native of Chicago and Vice President and director of sales for WBKI-TV. He was preceded in death by his father, Michael Barich; and his brother, David Barich. Survivors include his devoted wife Robin; his son, Nicolas and his daughter, Amanda; his mother, Dorothy of Chicago; his sister, Dawn Kaplan and her husband, Randy; his nephew, Michael of Cape Coral, FL; and his loyal companions, Bongo, Zoe and Jackson. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 12, 2004 at St. James Episcopal Church, 401 LaGrange Rd., Box 433, Pewee Valley, KY 40056. Pearson-Ratterman Bros. Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to St. James Episcopal Church Building Fund in memory of Michael.
