Chicago’s Transora, an online business-to-business exchange backed by a consortium of leading packaged goods-makers, said Friday that Ken Fleming has resigned as president and chief operating officer. Fleming was unavailable for comment. Chief Financial Officer Andy Arquette said Fleming left for personal reasons and no replacement has been named.
