Residents with thoughts on how Park Ridge should handle the latest development in Uptown can speak up Wednesday.
A public workshop begins 7 p.m. at the Public Works Service Center, 400 Busse Hwy. Jump in on green space, building heights and designs, community art, and streetscaping. The city is negotiating with a developer to bring in 182 residential units and nearly 87,000 square feet of commercial space.
One proviso: Suggestions must be “meaningful and feasible,” acting Mayor Michael MaRous said.
The City Council gets a look at recommendations from residents and city representatives June 30.
