I, too, would like to see John Kessler’s daughter walk again. I don’t, however, want to see someone else have to die to do it.
Kessler complains about the issue being a political battlefield where biology is almost irrelevant.
I would like to bring some biology back into it.
At conception the fertilized egg has the entire DNA make-up.
Thus, biologically speaking, we are dealing with a human being who only needs nutrition from this point on and cannot simply be used as tissue for someone else (or be killed off).
