This is regarding “Now it’s the Reagan Tollway; East-West officially gets new name” (Metro, June 15). What a great honor to have a stretch of interstate highway named after you.
Ronald Reagan is well-deserving.
I don’t believe, however, that he would be happy to have a tollway named after him.
He would much rather it be a freeway.
I can hear him now, “Illinois toll commission, tear down these toll booths.”
Now that would be worth having your name on.
