Thank you for a fun June 11 editorial, “Lerning to spel is crewshul.”
While in school, spelling was my least favorite subject. I found it difficult since almost no word is spelled as it sounds.
Stella, my older sister, repeatedly told me that spelling, after a while, would come to me.
I’m still waiting, and I am 67 years old.
