Ozzy Osbourne and James Brown helped Britain celebrate the end of London’s Olympic torch relay Saturday at The Mall near Buckingham Palace. Heather Mills McCartney, wife of former Beatle Paul McCartney, and Parminder Nagra of “ER” were among the torch bearers during the eight-hour run. The torch is on the final European leg of a worldwide voyage.
